📩 Jazz-Con 2025 Refund Policy

Plan with confidence—know your options.

1. Refund Deadline

We understand that plans can change, and we’re committed to providing a fair and flexible approach. Refund requests for Jazz-Con 2025 must be submitted no later than September 1, 2025 to be eligible for a full refund.

2. 24-Hour Grace Period

For tickets purchased between September 1 and September 16, 2025, refund requests will only be honored for unused tickets and must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Non-Transferable

All registrations are non-transferable, and may only be used by the individual named at the time of purchase.

4. No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for missed sessions or single-day non-attendance on multi-day passes.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email registration@jazz-con.com with your registration confirmation and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
